s 4Amendment of section 35

Section 35 of the principal Act is amended—

(a)

in the shoulder note, by substituting for the words “Technical education” the words “Technical and vocational education and training”; and

(b)

in subsections (1) and (2), by substituting for the words

“technical education” the words “technical and vocational education and training”.
