Section 7

Subject to section 8, the Minister shall ensure the destruction of—

(a)

all stockpiled anti-personnel mines;

(b)

any anti-personnel mines delivered under section 5 for destruction; and

(c)

all anti-personnel mines in mined areas in Malaysia.
