Section 2
The Solid Waste and Public Cleansing Management Act 2007
[Act 672], which is referred to as the “principal Act” in this
Act, is amended in section 2, in the definition of “solid waste”, in paragraph (b), by deleting the words “as being broken, worn out, contaminated or otherwise spoiled”.
