Preamble
- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 3 Akta Penjara 1995 [Akta 537], Menteri mengisytiharkan bangunan Blok A, B, C, D dan E yang dikelilingi pagar dawai berangkai yang terletak di atas Lot PT 2020 Mukim Kuala Kuantan, Daerah Kuantan, Pahang dan yang dinamakan sebagai “Pusat Pemulihan Pemasyarakatan Kem Batu 10, Kuantan, Pahang”, sebagai suatu penjara bagi maksud Akta bagi pemenjaraan atau penahanan orang dalam jagaan yang sah mulai 15 Mei 2011. Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Prison Act 1995 [Act 537], the Minister declares building of Block A, B, C, D and E that are surrounded by chain-link fences situated on Lot PT 2020 Mukim Kuala Kuantan, District of Kuantan, Pahang and designated as “Pusat Pemulihan Pemasyarakatan Kem Batu 10, Kuantan, Pahang”, to be a prison for the purposes of the Act for the imprisonment or detention of persons lawfully in custody with effect from 15 May 2011.
