s 3Licence required for manufacturing activity

(1)

No person shall engage in any manufacturing activity unless he is issued a licence in respect of such manufacturing activity.

(2)

Any person who fails to comply with subsection (1) is guilty of an offence and is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding two thousand ringgit or to a term of imprisonment not exceeding six months and to a further fine not exceeding one thousand ringgit for every day during which such default continues.
