Every licence which has been issued by the Minister under section 4 before the coming into operation of the Industrial
licence
“licence” means a licence issued under this Act to engage in any manufacturing activity;
Coordination (Amendment) Act 1977 [Act A401] shall on the coming into operation of that amendment be deemed to be a licence issued by the licensing officer under this Act and subject to the terms and conditions attached to such licence.

“licensing officer” means any public officer appointed to be a licensing officer under section 3A;
