Section 16
(1)
The Board shall cause to be furnished to the Minister such information concerning the activities of the Board as the Minister may from time to time require.
(2)
The Board shall, as soon as possible after the end of each financial year, cause to be submitted a report of its activities, accompanied by a statement of its expenditure and revenue, to the Minister. The Minister shall cause to be laid a copy of every report of the Board on the table of the Dewan Rakyat.
