Section 8
(1)
There shall be appointed by the Minister a Director-General and one or several Deputy Directors-General of the Institute.
(2)
The Director-General and the Deputy Directors-General shall be appointed on such terms and conditions and for such period as the Minister, after consultation with the Minister of Finance, shall determine.
