Section 32
A Group Investment Fund shall not be regarded—
(a)
as a partnership between persons entitled to interests in a Group Investment Fund; or

Public Trust Corporation
(b)
as a scheme issuing interests within the meaning of
Division V of Part IV of the Companies Act 1965.
