Section 41 of the principal Act is amended—

(a)
in subparagraph (1)(a)(i), by inserting after the words
“primarily liable” the words “and which meets the criteria as specified by the Corporation”;
(b)
in subsubparagraph (1)(a)(E), by deleting the word “and”
at the end of the subsubparagraph;
(c)
by inserting after subsubparagraph (1)(a)(E) the following subsubparagraph:
“(EA) an investment linked to derivatives; and”; and
(d)
by deleting subsection (2).
