Subsection 4(1) of the principal Act is amended—

(a)

by deleting the words “, a Deputy Chairman”;

(b)

in paragraph (a)—

(i)

by deleting the words “and a Deputy Chairman”;

and

(ii)

by substituting for the words “their knowledge and extensive experience” the words “his knowledge and extensive experience”;

(c)

in paragraph (b), by substituting for the word “four”

the word “five”; and

(d)

by deleting paragraph (e).
