Section 19

The Corporation shall not show any undue preference as between consumers in the same locality and where the conditions of

supply including the amount of consumption, are similar, but, save as aforesaid, the Corporation may make such charges for the supply of energy as may be agreed upon not exceeding the limits of price prescribed by the Corporation, with the approval of the Minister.
