Section 20
(1)
The Corporation shall furnish to the Minister, and any party as may be specified by the Minister, such returns, reports, accounts and information with respect to its activities and finances as the Minister may from time to time require or direct.
(2)
The Director General may from time to time request the
Chief Executive Officer to furnish such returns, reports, accounts and information with respect to the discharge of the functions of the Corporation.
