Section 3
(1)
No deed, document or other instrument sealed with the seal of the Corporation shall be deemed to be duly sealed unless such seal has been affixed in the presence of the person for the time being holding or acting in the office of Superior of the
Institute of the Congregation of the Brothers of Mercy or his attorney duly authorized by a power of attorney registered under the Powers of Attorney Act 1949 [Act 424], and unless such deed, document or other instrument is signed by such person.
(2)
Such signing shall be taken as sufficient evidence of the due sealing of such deed, document or other instrument.
