The issue of a sum not exceeding one hundred and forty-six billion two hundred and ninety-five million one hundred and thirteen thousand and eight hundred ringgit (RM146,295,113,800)

from the Consolidated Fund for the service of the year 2012

is hereby authorised and that sum is appropriated for purposes specified in the Schedule.
