The issue of a sum not exceeding one hundred and ninety-four billion six hundred and fifty-four million five hundred and sixty-six thousand seven hundred ringgit (RM194,654,566,700)

from the Consolidated Fund for the service of the year 2019 is hereby authorized and that sum is appropriated for the purposes specified in the Schedule.
