s 277Power of Bank to issue guidance

The Bank may issue guidance in writing to any person or to any class, category or description of persons consisting of such information, advice or recommendation as it considers appropriate—

(a)

with respect to the provisions of this Act;

(b)

for the purpose of carrying out or achieving the regulatory objectives of this Act; or

(c)

with respect to any other matter which, in the opinion of the

Bank, is desirable to give information, advice or recommendation.
