s 275Power of Minister to amend Schedule

The Minister may, on the recommendation of the Bank, from time to time, by an order published in the Gazette, amend any provision in Schedules 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 and 13 of this

Act and upon such publication, such provision as amended shall come into full force and effect and shall be deemed to be an integral part of this Act as from the date of such publication or from such later date as may be specified in the order.
