s 249Monetary Penalty Review Committee

(1)

There shall be established a committee to be known as the

Monetary Penalty Review Committee for the purposes of section 248.

(2)

The Monetary Penalty Review Committee shall consist of not less than three but not more than five members appointed by the

Minister from amongst non-executive directors of the Bank or other persons.

(3)

The Monetary Penalty Review Committee may determine its own procedures.
