s 288Savings in respect of Islamic deposits under repealed Islamic Banking Act 1983

Islamic deposits accepted by an Islamic bank or international

Islamic bank from a depositor under the repealed Islamic Banking Act 1983 which do not fall within the definition of Islamic deposits under this Act shall be deemed to be Islamic deposits as defined under this

Act until such date as may be prescribed by the Minister on the recommendation of the Bank.
