Section 69
of LABUAN LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS AND LIMITED LIABILITY PARTNERSHIPS ACT 2010
Section 69
(2)
An order under subsection (1) may be granted by the High
Court if—
(a)
at the time of the dissolution, the Labuan limited liability partnership was in operation;
(b)
the Labuan limited liability partnership had not discharged all its debts and liabilities; or
(c)
it is just and reasonable to do so.
(3)
In granting an order under subsection (1), the High Court may direct that the Labuan limited liability partnership or any person affected by the dissolution, be restored to the same position, to the extent possible, as if the Labuan limited liability partnership had not been dissolved.
(4)
Upon revocation of the dissolution under subsection (1), the Labuan limited liability partnership shall notify the Authority by serving the sealed copy of the order on the Authority.
