10. Amendment of First Schedule

The First Schedule to the Federal Constitution is amended—

(a)

by substituting for the words “[Articles 18(1), 19(9)]”

the words “[Articles 18(1), 18(1a), 19(9) and section 3 of

Part II of the Second Schedule]”; and

(b)

by substituting for the heading “Oath of Applicants for Registration or Naturalization” the heading

“Oath of Renunciation, Loyalty and Allegiance”.
