53. Tenure of office
Feedback & supportSubject to such conditions as may be specified in his instrument of appointment, the Commissioner shall, unless he sooner resigns or vacates his office or his appointment is sooner revoked, hold office for a term not exceeding three years and may be eligible for reappointment.
