Section 91
(1)
The Chairman of the Appeal Tribunal appointed under paragraph 85(1)(a) shall be paid such fixed allowances and other allowances as the Minister may determine.
(2)
The other members of the Appeal Tribunal appointed under paragraph 85(1)(b) shall be paid—
(a)
daily sitting allowances during the sitting of the
Appeal Tribunal; and
(b)
lodging, travelling and subsistence allowances, as the Minister may determine.
