s 44Register of money services business agents

(1)

The Bank shall maintain a register of money services business agents approved for appointment under subsection 43(4) in such form and manner as the Bank deems fit.

(2)

Any person may, on payment of a fee as the Bank may prescribe, inspect the register of money services business agents maintained under subsection (1) during the office hours of the Bank.

(3)

A copy of or an extract from the register of money services business agents maintained under subsection (1) certified to be a true copy or extract under the hand and seal of the Bank shall, in any proceedings, be admissible in evidence as of equal validity as the original document.
