s 16Surrender of licence

(1)

A licensee proposing to surrender its licence shall give the

Bank written notice informing the Bank of the proposed surrender of the licence, reasons for the surrender and the date on which the surrender is to take effect.

The licensee shall forward the licence to the Bank within fourteen days from the date on which the surrender is to take effect.
