s 34Submission of information or documents

(1)

Every licensee shall submit to the Bank, or to such person as the Bank may authorize in writing, such returns, documents or information, and within such time, as the Bank may require.

(2)

Notwithstanding subsection (1), the Bank may require any person to submit any information as the Bank may specify.

(3)

A licensee who contravenes subsection (1) or any person who fails to comply with any requirement specified under subsection (2)

commits an offence.
