s 13Appeal against revocation of licence

(1)

A person whose licence has been revoked may, within fourteen days of the date of the written notice in subsection 12(4) or

(5)

or within such extended period as the Bank may allow, appeal in writing against the revocation to the Minister whose decision shall be final.

(2)

Every appeal under subsection (1) shall be submitted to the

Bank and the Bank shall forward the written appeal to the Minister together with the Bank’s recommendation as to whether the appeal ought to be allowed or dismissed.
