s 17Preservation of rights and claims

Any revocation, expiry, non-renewal or surrender of a licence under this Act shall not operate so as to—

(a)

affect any agreement, transaction or arrangement relating to the money services business, as the case may be, entered into by—

(i)

a person prior to the revocation, expiry, non-renewal or surrender of the licence; or

(ii)

a licensee prior to such revocation, expiry, non-renewal or surrender of the licence, as the case may be; or

(b)

affect any right, claim, obligation or liability arising under any such agreement, transaction or arrangement.
