Secrecy
(1)
No person who is or has been a director, chief executive officer, controller or employee of a licensee or money services business agent shall give, produce, divulge, reveal, publish or otherwise disclose to any person, or make a record for any person of,

84                                          Laws of Malaysia any information or document whatsoever relating to the affairs or accounts of any of its customers.
(2)
No person, who for any reason, has by any means access to any information or document relating to the customers of a licensee or money services business agent, shall give, produce, divulge, reveal, publish or otherwise disclose to any person, or make a record for any person of, any information or document relating to such customer.
(3)
No person who has any information or document which to his knowledge has been disclosed in contravention of subsection (1) or
(2) shall in any manner disclose the information or document to any other person.
(4)
Any person who contravenes this section commits an offence.

(1)

(2)

No person, who for any reason, has by any means access to any information or document relating to the customers of a licensee or money services business agent, shall give, produce, divulge, reveal, publish or otherwise disclose to any person, or make a record for any person of, any information or document relating to such customer.

(3)

No person who has any information or document which to his knowledge has been disclosed in contravention of subsection (1) or

(2)

shall in any manner disclose the information or document to any other person.

(4)

Any person who contravenes this section commits an offence.
