s 10Conditions of licence

(1)

Notwithstanding any other provisions of this Act, the Bank may, at any time—

(a)

amend or revoke any condition imposed under this Act; or

(b)

impose a limit on any condition imposed under this Act so as to expire on a specified date.

(2)

Notwithstanding any other provisions of this Act, the Bank may, at any time, impose any new conditions on a licence.

(3)

A licensee who fails to comply with any condition imposed under subsection (2) commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding five million ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding ten years or to both.
