s 20Publication of list of licensees

(1)

The Bank shall publish in the Gazette a list of licensees not later than on 30 April in each year.

(2)

Where there is any amendment to the list of licensees under subsection (1) at any time during the interval between one publication and the next following publication under subsection (1), the Bank shall cause to be published in the Gazette a notice thereof.

(3)

Without prejudice to subsection (1), the Bank may publish the list of licensees or any amendments to the list in such form and manner as the Bank thinks fit.
