14. Licence to be forwarded to the Bank

(1)

A licensee shall forward the licence to the Bank within fourteen days from—

(a)

the date of the expiry of the licence;

(b)

the date the refusal to renew the licence takes effect under subsection 9(10); or

(c)

the date the revocation of the licence takes effect under subsection 12(6), as the case may be.

(2)

A licensee who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence.
