79. Power of the Bank to publish information

The Bank may, in such form and manner as it considers appropriate, publish any information as the Bank may consider necessary or expedient for the purposes of public interest, including the following information:

the acceptance by any person of an offer to compound an offence under subsection 88(1);

the repeal or revocation of any exemption granted under section 91;

the conviction of any person for any offence under this

any other action taken by the Bank against any person under this Act.
