Section 8
(1)
The Minister responsible for justice may make rules generally for carrying this Act into effect, and, in particular but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, such rules may provide for—
(a)
facilitating communication between the Courts in
Malaysia and the Courts in Singapore;
