IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Delegation of Powers Act 1956 [Act 358], the Prime Minister delegates his powers under section 2C of the Official Secrets Act 1972 [Act 88] to Puan Farah Adura binti Hamidi, Under Secretary, Cabinet, Constitution and Government Relation Division, Prime Minister's Department.
