PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh perenggan 5(1)(b) Akta Pesuruhjaya Tanah Persekutuan 1957 [Akta 349], Pesuruhjaya Tanah Persekutuan telah menetapkan Haji Mustafa Kamal bin Ajib untuk menyaksikan peletakan meterai Perbadanan pada segala surat ikatan, dokumen dan surat cara lain yang menghendaki meterai Perbadanan dan untuk menandatangani segala surat ikatan, dokumen dan surat cara itu, berkuat kuasa mulai 1 Mac 2005. Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 5(1)(b) of the Federal Lands Commissioner Act 1957 [Act 349], the Federal Lands Commissioner has designated Haji Mustafa Kamal bin Ajib to witness the affixing of the seal of the Corporation to all deeds, documents and other instruments requiring the seal of the Corporation and to sign all such deeds, documents and other instruments, with effect from 1 March 2005.
