Section 2
The Petroleum (Income Tax) Act 1967 [Act 543], which is referred to as the “principal Act” in this Act, is amended by substituting for the word “Clerk” wherever appearing in section 42
including the shoulder note, sections 44, 45 and the Third Schedule the word “Secretary”.
Amendment of section 2
