Employment of other officers and servants of the Authority

Section 20
(1)
Subject to any regulations made under subsection (2), the
Authority may, from time to time, employ such number of officers and servants as the Authority thinks desirable and necessary and upon such terms as it considers appropriate for carrying out the purposes of this Act.
(2)
The Authority may make regulations with respect to the conditions of service of its officers and servants.
