Section 25
(1)
The Authority and the State Governments, may at any time, jointly review or alter the NCER Development Plan.
(2)
Section 24 shall apply, with the necessary modifications, in relation to an alteration of the NCER Development Plan as it applies in relation to the preparation of the draft NCER
Development Plan.
