Appointment of other officers and servants

Section 17
(1)
The Authority may employ such number of officers and servants as it thinks desirable and necessary and upon such terms and conditions as it considers appropriate for carrying out the purposes of the medical device laws.
(2)
The Authority may, with the approval of the Minister, determine the conditions of service of its officers and servants.
