Revocation of appointment and resignation

Section 8
(1)
The appointment of a member of the Authority, other than the members appointed under paragraphs 4(1)(a), (b), (c) and (d), may at any time be revoked by the Minister.
(2)
A member, other than the Chief Executive, may at any time resign his office by a written notice addressed to the Minister.
