(2)
A certificate in writing signed by an officer of the Malaysian
Bar or the Board, or a member of the Bar Council that any document was properly addressed and posted and setting out the date of posting shall be prima facie evidence of service of the document.
(3)
Any document addressed to an advocate and solicitor at his only or principal address last appearing in the Register of Practitioners shall be deemed to be properly addressed.
