Membership of Board

Section 7
The Board shall consist of—
(a)
the Attorney General who shall be the Chairman;
(b)
two Judges nominated by the Chief Justice;
(c)
the Chairman of the Bar Council; and
(d)
a full-time member of the academic staff of a Faculty of Law nominated by the Minister of Higher Education.
