Section 75

Notwithstanding any vacancy in the State Bar Committee the continuing members of the Committee may act if there is a quorum;

and no act done by or under the authority of the State Bar Committee shall be invalid in consequence of any defect subsequently discovered in the election or qualification of the members or any of them.
