Section 107 of the principal Act is amended—

(a)
by deleting subsection (4); and
(b)
by substituting for subsection (5) the following subsection:
“(5) Any appeal against the decision of the High
Court shall lie to the Court of Appeal and thereafter to the Federal Court.”.
