AKTA PROSEDUR KEWANGAN 1957

PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh perenggan 10(4)(a) Akta Prosedur Kewangan 1957, Dewan Rakyat dalam persidangannya pada 14hb Mei 1992 telah membuat ketetapan bahawa Jadual Kedua kepada Akta dipinda dengan menambahkan butiran yang berikut:

"Kumpulan Wang Amanah Pembiayaan Komputer Anggota Perkhidmatan Awam.".

FINANCIAL PROCEDURE ACT 1957

In exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 10(4)(a) of the Financial Procedure Act 1957, the Dewan Rakyat at its sitting on the 14th May 1992 has resolved that the Second Schedule to the Act be amended by adding the following item:

"Kumpulan Wang Amanah Pembiayaan Komputer Anggota Perkhidmatan Awam.".
