1. Short title and commencement

This Act may be cited as the Judges’ Remuneration

(Amendment) Act 2011.

(2)

Sections 2, 3, 5, 6 and 7 are deemed to have come into operation on 1 January 2009.

(3)

Section 4 is deemed to have come into operation on 28 August 2008.
