Amendment of Second Schedule
The Second Schedule to the principal Act is amended, in Part I—
(a)
in subsubparagraph 4(a)(i), by substituting for the word
“Rate” the words “Effective interest rate”;
(b)
in subsubparagraph 4(b)(i), by substituting for the word
“BLR” the words “reference rate”;
(c)
by deleting the words “Annual Percentage Rate**”
and the words “RM……………………..” appearing against it; and
(d)
in the note column, by substituting for the word “BLR”
the words “reference rate”.
