Section 5
Section 8 of the principal Act is amended—
(a)
in subsection (1), by inserting after the words
“Chairman of the Commission” the words “, the Chief
Children Commissioner and the Children Commissioners”;
and
(b)
in subsection (2), by inserting after the words “member of the Commission” the words “, other than the members referred to in subsection (1),”.
